Group ADHD Coaching

6 weeks that change how you work with your brain

You've read the books. You've tried the planners. You've promised yourself that this time you'll stick with it. And still, the same patterns show up. The procrastination, the overthinking, the frustration of knowing what you should do but not being able to make yourself do it.

That's not a willpower problem. That's ADHD.

This programme is built for the way your brain actually works. Over six weeks, you'll develop practical strategies you can use immediately. Not generic productivity advice repackaged for neurodivergent people, but tools designed from the ground up for ADHD brains.

What we cover

Each week focuses on a different aspect of living with ADHD:

Week 1 - Self-awareness and strengths. Understanding what you're working with - your patterns, your tendencies, and the strengths hiding inside them.

Week 2 - Problem-solving. Why ADHD brains get stuck, and practical ways to get unstuck.

Week 3 - Motivation and values. What actually drives you (hint: it's not what you think it should be).

Week 4 - Impulsivity. Working with impulsive energy instead of fighting it.

Week 5 - Memory. Practical systems for a brain that doesn't do "just remember it".

Week 6 - Emotional regulation and RSD. The emotional side of ADHD that nobody warns you about - and what to do about it.

How it works

We meet weekly via Zoom for 90 minutes. Each session has three parts:

Teaching and discussion (20-25 mins) - the key ideas for that week, with space to ask questions and share experiences.

Live coaching (25 mins) - one group member works through a real challenge with me while the group observes. This is where the biggest shifts happen - you'll recognise yourself in other people's patterns and learn from watching the coaching process in action.

Breakouts (20 mins)- work through your own awareness in pairs and work out an action plan for the week.

Q&A and group discussion (10-15 mins) - open space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with the group.

What you'll come away with

A clearer understanding of how your ADHD brain works and why you do the things you do. Practical strategies you can use the same day. The MASTER Goals Framework, a goal-setting approach built specifically for ADHD. And the experience of being in a room full of people who get it.

About Graham

I'm an AuDHD coach. That means I'm both autistic and ADHD, and I coach from lived experience as well as training. I’ve spent 40 years building globally critical technology platforms before training as a coach. I know what it's like to operate at a high level while your brain is doing its own thing underneath. I write weekly about neurodivergence and coaching on Substack.
