ADHD & AuDHD Coaching
Getting a diagnosis and starting medication can be a huge step forward, but most people are then left to figure things out on their own. Coaching bridges that gap.
Coaching, alongside therapy and medical support, offers a different kind of help. It isn’t about fixing you or treating symptoms. Instead, it’s a collaborative process focused on the present and future. It can help you understand your unique strengths, create strategies that work with your brain, and build confidence in everyday life.
For me, ADHD Coaching has helped me quit alcohol and nicotine, get my finances in order, sort out my sleep, gain self-compassion, get stuff done that I have been unable to approach before and feel like I imagine people are supposed to feel for the first time.
What to expect

Getting a diagnosis and starting medication can be a huge step forward, but most people are then left to figure out the “now what?” on their own. Coaching bridges that gap.
Coaching isn’t about fixing you. It’s a collaborative, practical space that helps you understand your strengths, build strategies that work with your brain, and create more ease and confidence in your everyday life.

Each session is a focused, supportive conversation where we explore what’s happening in your life right now. It will be hosted online, either on camera, off camera, or via online chat with no need to meet at all if you prefer that.
You bring whatever feels most important, or we can figure that out in the session, no pressure. Together, we break it down, understand the patterns, and create small, realistic next steps that feel achievable, not overwhelming.
If you find starting hard (and let's face it, thats part of the deal with ADHD and Autism), I have a complete set of executive-function related coaching templates to get you started in whichever direction takes your fancy.
Sessions typically include:
gentle check-ins
collaborative exploration
reviewing what worked / didn’t
strategy-building
adapting tools to your current capacity
choosing next steps that feel achievable
Between sessions is where the real work happens, with help from me as the coach if you need it to stay accountable

This coaching is designed for adults who:
are newly diagnosed, self-identifying or wanting to understand themselves better
feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure where to start
struggle with planning, motivation, or follow-through
want structure without shame
want support that understands ADHD and autism on a lived level
You don’t need clear goals before you start. You don’t need to be “ready”.
You just need to show up as you are.
-
To keep things clear and safe:
Coaching is not:
therapy
crisis support
medical advice
workplace assessments or reasonable adjustments guidance
Coaching focuses on your present and future, helping you understand yourself and build strategies that fit your life.
Why AuDHD Coaching is different
-
ADHD and AuDHD brains often juggle challenges with planning, working memory, emotional regulation, task initiation, and consistency.
Coaching adapts to these realities by giving more structure, clarity, and support, without shame.
-
We work in a way that recognises:
rejection sensitivity
emotional intensity
autistic burnout
hyperfocus cycles
shifting interests and passions
None of these are failures. They are patterns we can work with gently and respectfully.
-
Traditional coaching expects clear goals and consistent follow-through.
For ADHD and AuDHD, it’s normal for goals to:
start vague
shift as clarity grows
change with energy, capacity, and context
Exploration is not avoidance, it’s part of the process.
-
ADHD/AuDHD coaching requires:
warm feedback
explicit boundaries
clarity first, ambiguity last
no hidden rules
no judgment
This keeps the space predictable, safe, and regulated
Working Together
-
My job is to bring structure, curiosity, and an neurodiversity-informed lens, not pressure.
I help you:
untangle your thoughts
feel seen and validated
build strategies that match your brain
experiment without fear of failure
understand patterns rather than judge them
keep you on track if we wander off down a rabbit hole
You don’t have to mask here.
-
You don’t need to perform, impress, or have everything figured out.
Your role is simply:
to show up as you are
to share honestly
to be curious about what helps
to experiment with small steps
to notice what feels good or possible
This is a partnership, not a test.
-
Coaching success for ND clients often looks like:
clearer self-understanding
more predictable days
less shame and self-judgment
tools that actually work for your brain
improved emotional regulation
feeling less stuck and more capable
slowly building self-trust
Success is not perfection — it’s momentum.
