ADHD & AuDHD Coaching
Getting a diagnosis and starting medication can be a huge step forward, but most people are then left to figure things out on their own. Coaching bridges that gap.
Coaching, alongside therapy and medical support, offers a different kind of help. It isn’t about fixing you or treating symptoms. Instead, it’s a collaborative process focused on the present and future. It can help you understand your unique strengths, create strategies that work with your brain, and build confidence in everyday life.
Why ADHD & AuDHD Coaching is Different
Traditional coaching assumes clients arrive with clear goals, consistent focus, and reliable follow-through. For ADHD and AuDHD, things look different. Executive functioning differences can impact self-awareness, planning, memory, motivation, and emotional regulation. That means:
Sessions may need more structure, recaps, and reminders.
Boundaries and feedback must be kind, explicit, and RSD-aware.
Goals may start vague or shift over time—gentle exploration is part of the process.
Hyperfocus, burnout, and shifting passions are normal and can be worked with.
In this space, your lived experience is the expertise. My role as a coach is to bring structure, accountability, and an ADHD-informed lens so you feel validated, supported, and empowered to build strategies that actually fit your brain.
